About me

In 2014, I chose building over theorizing – joining a health tech SaaS instead of pursuing my PhD in Political Economy. That decision launched my career in growth. While I left academia as a field, I kept its methods. I use heuristics, systems thinking, and experimentation to drive results. Over the last 11 years, I’ve built growth systems in B2B and B2C, in both product-led and sales-led environments, across health tech, recruiting, legal tech, and e-commerce.

Career

Head of Growth, GOhiring GmbH (2023–Present)

Leading the 14-people go-to-market org across marketing, CX, and sales innovating and optimizing along the bow tie funnel. Spearheaded product-led initiatives. As part of the leadership team, co-responsible for the company’s strategy and org development.

Head of Marketing, GOhiring GmbH (2021–2023)

Built a T-shaped marketing team (content, social, product marketing) from the ground up, launching channels and infrastructure including a blog-driven content strategy, CRM, newsletter, and owned social media presence.

Growth Advisor, Freelance (2018–Present)

Helping SaaS and eCommerce startups with growth strategy and hands-on implementation – focusing on organic growth, performance marketing, product marketing, and CRM automation.

Growth Lead, Chris Bloom Akademie GmbH (2020–2021)

Worked side by side with the founder as the first senior hire. Responsible for everything marketing and growth. Using SEA, SEO, and automation to grow the company to 7 digits ARR within 12 Months.

Head of Inbound Marketing, advocado GmbH (2018–2020)

Defined and executed the company’s strategic marketing direction in close alignment with executive leadership, driving market positioning and long-term growth. Led UX-driven conceptualization and execution of high-converting landing pages with A/B testing.

Head of Content, advocado GmbH (2018–2020)

Built an 8-people content marketing team with focus on organic growth. Grew Top 3 positions in Google for business relevant organic keywords from 1.300 to 4100 (212%) within 12 Months.

Content Marketing Manager, fitogram GmbH (2014–2018)

As one of the first FTE hires, I helped building the company from the ground up – from 4 to 50 people. With a mix of content marketing, market studies, PR, and performance marketing, we grew Top 3 rankings from 0 to 1200 within 18 Months and increased the number of PQLs by 20% MoM.
